Good Morning Cafe

Good Morning Cafe at Nakano Central Park or Kokuritsu Kyogijio is a very nice, relaxing place to have a brunch or lunch at. When my boyfriend’s parents came to Tokyo, we brought them for brunch at the branch in Nakano Central Park. It’s a more local area than anything, so you hardly see tourists.

I wish people would stop giving me salad for starters. I am really not a fan of leafy things.
Some soft bread to line your tum-tum.
Mmm, soup! Now we’re talking!
Pasta, a fried ‘hamburg’ and some vegetables as a side.
If I remember correctly, this was called the Harvest Plate. It’s full of healthy greens. I clearly did not order this. 😉
Alex and his mom! She is one of the nicest, sweetest people you will ever meet.
Alex and his dad, Lou! He always has a joke ready for you and is super duper friendly!
Alex being over-excited with food.
Some nice carbs for those on a Paleo diet. Nyeh-heh-heh.
