Chinese Hotpot At Xiao Fei Yang! Yum!

Ah, hotpot! Be still, my beating heart!

When my girlfriend Shizuki suggested going for Chinese hotpot (yes, yes, I know we’re in Japan, but I still crave Chinese hotpot!) I practically drooled on her. We went to a famous chain called Xiao Fei Yang, which means Little Sheep. Like an excited little sheep myself, I bleated little noises of contentment and oishi-ness every time I ate something.

We had some spicy chicken as an appetizer while we waited for another girlfriend, Anna, to join us.

We ordered two soups – one chicken broth and one spicy. The spicy one really hit the spot I tell you!

Here’s the grub for the night!

Overall, it was extremely delicious and I was hiccupping with fullness. I really need to stop eating so much good food, I’m really turning a little bit rounder from all my food-ventures.
