Banana Leaf in Bangsar

When in Malaysia, DO NOT LEAVE without eating some banana leaf!

Okay, you don’t actually eat the banana leaf, but for my non-Malaysian friends, your food is served on a banana leaf. It’s actually a really great zero-waste, sustainable way to go!

My friend Jeremy treated my boyfriend and I to lunch! I have to say, I’m pretty surprised at how expensive banana leaf is. It was RM80 for 3 people! BUT DAMN, IT WAS GOOD.
